Gourmet Ingredient has been created by David Hartshorne & Oliver Mooney (two young entrepreneurs from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire) who specialise in creating cost effective online advertising solutions.
Market research indicates that 33% of people use the internet when looking for a place to eat; where as only 18% would use a phone book. The remaining 49% would ask a friend for a recommendation, some of would be pointed back to the internet. An amazing 39% of people would also prefer to book a table online.
Using our expert knowledge of the internet and fresh approach to the restaurant industry we intend to make this the UK’s biggest and most resourceful website for both the user and the restaurant owner, not only by helping people find restaurants but also giving them the option to view menus and book online.
