Q) How do I submit my restaurant to be listed on the website?

A) Submitting your restaurant is very easy please use the online form provided


Q) I've tried contacting an establishment listed on your website, however the line is dead - what should I do?

A) Please inform us of the listing via the contact form, and we will will find new contact details for them


Q) I'm not a restaurant - can I advertise my products and services on the site?

A) Yes, we offer advertising opportunities to people who sell fine wines and fine fresh gourmet foods too. Just get in touch!


Q) Can I recommend restaurants for inclusion?

A) Yes, if you find a new establishment or simply one we haven't included on our website, please feel free to give us their details using our simple online form


Q) I want to submit my details for a free listing - however the category isn't listed?

A) We try to accommodate every business requirement, however should your category not be listed please send us an email and we will consider your request and respond to you
within 24 hours.


Q) I am wanting to upgrade my listing - what payment methods do you accept?

A) We have various payments methods such as invoice & cheque, however the quickest and easiest way to submit payment and get your upgraded listing online is to use our simple secure online payment system - Google Checkout.


Q) Can I add my restaurant to more than one category?

A) Please contact us stating which categories you wish to be listed within.  We are happy to list you within 2 cuisine categories, however anymore than this may incur a small admin fee.


Q) Can I remove my listing from the website?

A) If you are the owner/general manager of a business then this is of course no problem, however it would be useful for our own marketing purposes if you could state why when submitting your request
